These pics are mostly during the initial tracking sessions on Friday night. The goal during the tracking sessions is just to get the drum tracks down. Everything else can be punched in or redone later to focus on the best performance by each player.

Doug's rig. More information about his gear can be found on Azfunk.com. This gear is powering an isolated speaker cabinet so there's no bleed onto the drum mics (see below).
Doug's speaker cabinet in the isolation room. We're running 4 different mics on the cabinet that we can blend for different tones on different songs.
D's Padulla bass, running through a SansAmp for tracking. When he lays he's final parts down later, they're recorded directly into the console.
Doug's acoustics, which will be used later for recording. Early in the process, they're just tools for fleshing out parts while wandering around the studio.
